A temporary position has arisen within the Procurement department, for a Senior Buyer. Starting as soon as possible, this assignment will be until 31st October 2018.
The Procurement team is responsible for the delivery of all supplier services/materials to site, from supplier specification development to contract close out.
The Senior Buyer will source, process and place orders in sufficient time to meet the required delivery date, ensuring that the best total acquisition cost is achieved, consistent with the specified technical, quality assurance and delivery requirements. They ensure the plan is communicated to all stakeholders and manage the operational execution of the Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system and the purchasing of contract services as allocated.
