Office Administrator

A new role has emerged due to growth plans for an Office Administrator. The successful Administrator would have experience already in a role providing support to the office in an administrative capacity. This role is an on-going temporary position.

Duties

Duties for the role of Office Administrator will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Sending emails
  • Preparing Invoices
  • Working on spreadsheets
  • General Administration duties such as filing
  • A varied role that can involve getting stuck in

SKILLS

  • Have good experience dealing with people
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in an office environment especially if busy and varied would be ideal
  • Very good attention to detail with strong emphasis on administration skills
