Class 2 Driver – Driffield

Our client is based in Driffield and manufactures food for the confectionary market.

They have a vacancy for a person to fulfil a Class 2 driver.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid UK licence with C entitlement, full CPC and a digi tacho card (Driver Card).

For insurance reasons applicants must be over 25 years of age and have no more than 6 minor points on their licence. No DR’s or DD’s. Previous Driving experience is NOT required

Because the role is customer facing on the delivery days applicants must have a friendly outgoing personality and conduct themselves professionally with the customers.

Hours & Pay

The work is day time from Monday to Friday.

The average weekly hours are 40 to 45 hours. however shift lengths can vary across the week to meet the demands of the business.

Early starts between 3am – 8am

Basic Hours – £8.50

Overtime – £10.50
