Business Development Manager

Yorkshire Staffing Services are currently recruiting for forward thinking Business Development for our client based in Doncaster.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be expected to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, by thinking creatively and putting customers and the people who serve them at the heart of everything you do.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key sales growth.

As the Business Development Manager, you must ensure all your accounts and prospects are managed professionally and you have documented account plans for each of your key accounts, whilst being responsible for and delivering sales growth.

Key Tasks & Business Development

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, help identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • New business acquisition and account growth focus
  • B2B field sales role targeting mid-level and corporate markets
  • You will be expected prospect and to grow warm leads, qualify all business leads, manage and develop a territory
  • Achieve and deliver on set targets and KPI’s
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.

Client Retention

  • Present all products and services and enhance customer relationships.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to consistently meet customer needs ensuring the company’s strategy and goals are supported and maintained.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client meetings.
