To complement our extremely successful branch operations, we are looking to recruit an additional Senior Account Manager, it’s imperative that you have previous experience working within a busy recruitment office and are happy to work between our Hull and Goole branch.

Senior Recruitment Account Manager: The ideal candidate would ideally come from an industrial recruitment background, however anyone from a recruitment background within a different sector would be considered. Ideally, You will already be working as a service co-ordinator or account manager and be ready to take the next step up the career ladder to that of Senior. Please note we are only wanting to speak to candidates from a recruitment background at this stage.

You will be required to attract and retain candidates for our clients, register, interview and conduct inductions when required to a high standard and ensure that current back office staff are completing their tasks to standard under your management. Its essential that you hold a valid driving license, plus own transport would be preferred, however use of a pool car can be considered.

This position requires a sense of urgency and the ability to demonstrate tenacity, resilience, motivation and the desire to succeed. In addition, you will be able to display the following qualities:

Salary- Basic between £24,000-£28,000

Performance KPI Bonus eligible after 6 months service
