Customer Services Manager – GOOLE

Yorkshire Staffing Services are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Manager, based at our client’s office in Goole.

 

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering 1st class customer service and have proven experience of leading and developing a customer interacting and order processing team, preferably from a manufacturer background

Duties include:

  • Proactively manage and develop a team of 4 to perform their duties in a busy environment
  • Ensure that all sales orders and enquires are processed accurately and meet the required deadlines
  • Produce and issue daily, weekly and monthly management reports
  • Establish the most efficient and effective sales office processes, procedures and KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvements in both customer service and customer experience through training and mentoring
  • Continuously develop a 1st class customer service and easy to do business with ethos
  • Manage the credit note approval and returns processes
  • Own and resolve any escalated customer queries and issues in a professional manner to the mutual satisfaction of both the customer and the client
  • Lead the day to day relationship with our transport partners
  • Build meaningful relationships with the external sales team and warehouse and production management teams to ensure a cohesive effort to maximise positive customer service and OTIF
  • Manage and administer customer account communication including pricing, deal renewals and product information
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety and company policies
